===== TDA Ameritrade Setup =====
  *Open the feeds configuration dialog box - click 'qL' icon on the taskbar (if the 'qL' icon is not visible first **Start > All programs > QuoteLink** to make it appear)
  *click on the sub menu **Feeds**
    *You are in the **Active feeds dialog box**
      *Double Click on *TDA Ameritrade streamer* line and input your **TDA Ammeritrade User name and Password**
      *press OK it should be accepted without any errors
      *Set TDA as the default feed
      *close the dialog box
