You must be a QuoteTracker's subscriber to use this feature it will not work without it
Make sure that you have QuoteTracker version 3.6.3 or later installed
Make sure that you have QuoteIN version 0.70.1 or later (check using menu QuoteIN > About)
You must have one or more data provider accounts in QuoteTracker
Menu Options > sub menu Edit Preferences > tab Misc > set API Server Settings to ON
This dialog box shows all feeds that are currently active. You are going to add one or more feeds coming through QuoteTracker to this list.
For each feed you want to add follow this:
find the feed in this list
select the feed from the list and type an abbreviation to use it
click button <b>Add feed with suffix</b>
when you have added all feeds Close the 'Select feeds' dialog box
You are back in the Active feeds dialog box. You will see that now it also contains the feeds just added.
If you have just one feed or a preferred feed set it as default feed
close the Active feeds dialog box.
Using menu QuoteIN > Examples open the first example Basic Example
In the left top cell (over MSN) type one of the abbreviations just added.
The example quote list will be repopulated with the quotes coming from the corresponding source. These quotes should be streaming if the feed is a streaming feed and the market is open.
You will be using the different feed abbreviations given while configuring to access the different feeds in your formulas.
Remember that for any future sessions you need to launch QuoteTracker before using any of the QuoteTracker's feed.
You can use QT and direct feeds simultaneously and mix their data in cells.
To use the default feed as defined in QT simply add 'QuoteTracker Streaming' direct feed
